What is Pollen Pass?

Pollen Pass is Pollen's buyer membership program, which entitles members to Pollen Protect, discounts, promotions, and more.

What is Pollen Protect?

Pollen Protect is Pollen's buyer warranty program. It provides buyers with an extra 15 days to make a request to return a defective or incorrect item. This extra 15 days of protection activates once the return period of other sites like Lazada or Shopee ends.

Please note that buyers must register for Pollen Pass within 3 days of receiving their purchase in order to be entitled to Pollen Protect.

What is Pollen Verified?

Pollen Verified is Pollen's seal of guarantee that items featured have been inspected either by Pollen's team or by Pollen's contractor. This means you can shop with total confidence on Pollen Save, knowing that the item you receive will be exactly what you purchased online.

How do I know if the items are authentic?

Pollen is an authorized reseller of excess or discontinued inventory for global brands such as Unilever and L'Oréal. All our items are secured directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

When will my items arrive?

Please check the shipping updates provided by Lazada or Shopee (depending on which platform you purchased from).

What if there's a problem with the items I receive?

If the items you received are not what you purchased, or arrived with damages or seals broken, please:

1. Make a return or refund request on the platform you purchased from (Lazada or Shopee) from your user account.
2. If you are making a return request under Pollen Protect (after the return period of Lazada or Shopee has ended), please complete this form.

My items didn't arrive but were marked as delivered. What do I do?

As Pollen Save currently sells products via Lazada and Shopee, logistics are managed by these platforms. If your items were incorrectly marked as delivered, please log in to your Lazada or Shopee account and report it accordingly.

I changed my mind after buying the item, which has not been shipped yet. Can I cancel my order?

As Pollen Save currently sells products via Lazada and Shopee, cancellations are managed by these platforms. If you changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please log in to your Lazada or Shopee account to do so.
