Pollen Protect Terms & Conditions

Pollen Tech Sdn Bhd ("Pollen") reserves the right to refuse requests for return in cases where such requests are made beyond the extended protection period, and/or in cases where it is determined that the request for return is due to reasons that are not related to manufacturer defects or damage during transit from Pollen's warehouse to the buyer's delivery address.

Where return requests are made after the return period on Lazada (Malaysia) and Shopee (Malaysia) have ended, separate arrangements will be made for logistics. Buyer is advised in advance that costs may be incurred for this process.

Once a return request has been made by a buyer on a specific purchase / order number once, no further requests will be entertained.

In cases where a buyer has made repeat return requests, Pollen reserves the right to terminate all communications and discard all such requests. Where illegal activity is suspected, Pollen reserves the right to lodge reports with the relevant authorities.

While Pollen will endeavor to respond to requests within 3 working days, there may be occasions where the team will require up to 10 working days to respond.

Any decision made by Pollen with respect to honoring the return request is final.
